Trained as a scientist, Cara's personal health crisis prompted her to dive into the worlds of neuroscience,  psychology, mindset and all things under the “brain wellness” umbrella. Truly a "Wounded Healer", her gift is to simplify complex theory into practical and digestible strategies which set the foundation for a fulfilling life. 

The name,  "Girlfriend Voice" is the opposite of our harsh inner critic, the negative voice you hear in your head.  Your Girlfriend Voice is truthful, supportive, intuitive and wise.  Never manipulative or condescending.
