Wow! I had the opportunity to take Cara’s Mental Fitness class which concluded the end of June 2021. I already had identified my ‘Negative Nancy’, in my case Prudence. The one who tries to keep me safe by never wanting me to try new things or take risks. But now through Mental Fitness I have broken Prudence down into a little community of saboteurs that I can now recognize and dismiss effectively and even lovingly. I have tools that I can use on a daily basis to pre-empt the attack of my saboteurs. I have an app that is mine to keep and continue to learn from and practice with.
