Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your POSITIVE mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur) and is based on the work of Shirzad Chamine, author of Positive Intelligence. If I had to summarize the program I’d say it’s all about minimizing your internal saboteurs and finding “the gift” of every situation while boosting empathy and compassion, especially for YOURSELF. The course is conducted virtually over six weeks.

Combining a weekly video session, and a dedicated phone App, Shirzad guides you step-by-step to boost the 3 core muscles of mental fitness.
Total time commitment:
- Phone App daily use is approximately 15 minutes total
- Video recording 60 minutes (new material every Saturday)
- Group check in 30-45 minutes; recorded if you cannot make it!
- Private Facebook group for communication and questions
- Continued support in an alumni group post course completion
